Other publication/s: Ellis, M.B. (1976) More dematiaceous Hyphomycetes. Commonwealth Mycological Institute, Kew, Surrey

Description: Conidia ellipsoid, subequally and subsymmetrically 2-celled, brown, 16–20 × 13 μm, with small echinae (ca. 1 μm), thick-walled, sometimes slightly constricted at the septum. It is not always clear that it concerns conidia because the point of attachment can be indistinct due to unfavourable orientation.
