Description: Fruit bodies 120–250 µm in diameter, applanate, margin irregular, reticulate covering membrane, consisting of 1.5–2.5 µm wide isodiametric cells; Epidermis cells and stomata of the host plant often impressed in this membrane; One or two ostioles 5–10 µm in diameter, several confluent fruit bodies aggregated in up to 1000 µm long clusters.
