Description: Fruit bodies smooth and circular in outline, 15–20 (–38) µm in diameter, upper wall convex, made up of radiating files of subquadratic cells, 2 µm wide at the margin and narrower at the centre, one or two short, broken hyphae emerging from the central area; Radially structured basal plate without openings.
