Description: Spores ellipsoidal, (17–) 21–28 (–31) × (9–) 10–13 (–15) µm, brown, smooth-walled with a very small (about 0.5 µm wide) germ pore at one end; Fruit bodies, 120–420 µm in diameter, spherical, with one / two short beaks, 30–40 µm high, 40–50 µm in diameter, widening to 50–75 µm at the distal end.
