Description: Ascospores, (44–) 49–59 x 6–20 µm, three septate, inequilateral (one side almost straight or even concave) slightly constricted at the septa. Each septum showing a ca. 0.5 µm wide pore, rarely two- septate or four-septate spores occur. Fruit bodies globose, 150–200 μm in diameter (only broken fruit bodies).
