Description: Ascospores, mostly three cellular, separated by 2 septa with a pore in the middle. Sometimes at the endings hyaline, orange protuberances, probably remains of outer cells. Than the whole ascospore would be 5 celled and 4 septate. Color is variable. Length 12–18.6 µm, diameter 12–18 µm. Middle cell 9.3–14 µm, and outer cells 4.7–9.3 µm in length.
