Description: Depressed globose, hyaline microfossil, 36–45 µm in diameter, with a 1.5–2.5 µm wide central pore at one side; Around that pore two concentric rings (diameters 7–10 µm and 23–28 µm), formed by irregularly inserted processes; The surface, the central parts excepted, beset with 40–49 rows formed by radially arranged processes ca. 0.3 µm in diameter.
