Description: Spores globose, 11.6–18.4 (–23.5) µm in diameter, exclusive of the reticulate ca. 0.5 µm high superficial sculpturing, meshes of the reticulum 2.5–5.0 µm in diameter; Muri of the reticulum with 5.8–10.7 µm long hairs, ca. 0.3 µm in diameter, with a protruding 3–7.5 µm wide opening at one end.
