Description: Globose microfossils with a double wall; Outer wall light-brown, thin with many irregulary formed, from 4 µm to 12 µm wide holes; Most specimens with broken outer wall, but intact microfossils 50–63 μm in diameter; Inner wall thick, dark brown, closely covered with up to 2 µm high appendages. Diameter of inner spore 40–57 μm.
