Description: Globose microfossil 19.2–26.4 µm in diameter, inclusive of the (0.3–) 1–1.5 (–2.5) µm long spines, with an S-shaped furrow and spines all over the surface, spines placed at distances of 1.5–2.5 (–3.5) µm.
