Description: Fungal spores one-celled, (11–) 14–19 (–21 ) × 7–9 (–11) µm or (12–) 15–19 (–23) × (7–) 8.5-11 (–12) µm, ellipsoidal to pyriform, smooth, obliquely truncated at one end which is up to 3 µm wide and provided with a 0.8–1.0 µm wide, sunken pore (hilum?) in the centre, pore surrounded by an annulus.
