Description: Seeds ellipsoidal, 235–240 × 150 µm; Epidermis cells about 25–30 × 10–15 µm with undulating cell walls; Proximal end with point of attachment (hilium); Epidermis cells covered with appendices of increasing length from about the equator of the seed to the more rounded distal end, attaining 15 µm at the distal end.
